In this months Glamour magazine, Kim talks beauty and shares her favorite beauty tip: “My makeup artist Mario Dedivanovic, taught me that after you put on concealer, set it with powder on top. It lasts longer.”
If you havn’t yet tried this and have issues with your concealer staying put or creasing, set it and forget it! LOL. Use a loose powder a shade or two lighter then your skin or a translucent powder to set. Apply with a sponge or puff. Xo Mario

I’m loving Urban Decay’s 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencils! I was at Sephora the other night when I spotted these. I picked up Lucky, Baked and Honey and love all of them. They work really well on the inner rims, blend well when you first apply them and stay on all day! Xo Mario
I’ve been meaning to change and customize the look of my blog for a while now and it’s finally done! What do you all think of it? Special thanks to Bryan Viper for designing it!

I hope you all enjoy the collage I made. The images are from red carpet events that I did Kim’s makeup for. As you can see, she keeps me busy boy!
It’s amazing to work with Kim for so many obvious reasons, but whats more amazing and most important is that she’s equally beautiful, inside and out. Have a Happy and Blessed Birthday Kim!
Check out the pics here from her party in Vegas. It was a blast! Stay tuned for a “Get The Face” post of her Vegas Birthday makeup . Xo Mario

Natasha Bedingfield is one of my favorite singers and also one of my faves to work on! I always have a good time when working with her. She’s sweet, super talented and loves to play with different makeup looks. This look that I gave her was for a TV appearance/performance in NYC. The eyeshadow I used is actually silvery, not blue. I rarely match eyeshadow to a dress.
So for you fair skinned/lighter hair ladies out there, Get the Face! This makeup would work with jeans and a t-shirt as well.
Eyes- Use Forgery eyeshadow by MAC on the lids and along the lower lash line. On the crease, use a bit of Cork, also by MAC. Line the upper lid with Magic Khol Eyeliner Pencil in Black by Givenchy. Curl lashes and use Longer Then Life Lengthening Mascara by NARS on top and bottom lashes.
Cheeks – On the apples of the cheeks, use Desire, by NARS. Frame the face lightly with Laguna bronzer, also by NARS.
Lips – Line lips with MAC’s subculture and use Keri’s Kiss lipstick by GIELLA.
Xoxo, Mario
This beauty story that I worked on just came out on the cover of Profil magazine. It’s also been published in Harper’s Bazaar Malaysia and Bulgaria (how random, right?). The shoot was so much fun to work on and I’m very happy with the end result. My freinds/photographers Ron Contarsy and Seth Karecha collaborated on this story together and Deycke Heidorn did the amazing hair. I have worked on a few different fashion and beauty shoots with Ron and Seth and they’re definitely one of my favorite teams to work with.
I remember being excited for this shoot when I heard that Aleksandra Martynyuk was booked as the model. I’ve worked with her on a few shoots as well over the past couple of years. She has beautiful fair skin and is such a sweet girl!
The inspiration for the makeup came from the big flower head peices. Deycke and myself collaborated together to determine which makeup and hair looks would go best with each flower. Oh, and here’s a little secret makeup trick for you – I used the old Hollywood face tape to really pull the brows up and open up the eyes.
Hope you like it!
